Shipping and Delivery

On your request, we will organise for the delivery of your order to your designated delivery address. Our delivery contractors are Australia Post and various couriers. Within Australia, most orders will attract a AUD$29.50 (excl. GST) delivery fee; all orders shipped outside of Australia will attract a delivery fee based on weight, dimensions & the destination - this is calculated at time of checkout.

Some products available for sale through the Web Site may not be located at Rhomberg's Australian warehouse. These products may be warehoused by the suppliers or manufacturers of those products, including in locations outside Australia.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, and shipping times are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location. If an item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable replacement item, back order or refund.

Rhomberg ships goods Australia wide, as well as internationally.
